Loki is a ticketing system through which we have modernized the support system provided to hundreds of our clients. Each ticket entry receives a unique number and is assigned a status. Authorized personnel can check ticket statuses and the number of requests per employee, various statistics, and respond in a timely manner if a ticket hasn't been resolved. In Loki, you can also keep records of employees, issue invoices, store data on customers and suppliers, and track contract expirations.
