Web application for monitoring the implementation of EU projects
EUlogic is an innovative web application that helps organizations monitor the implementation of EU projects. The application is quick and easy to deploy, and web access allows independence from location, number of users, and device type (PC, laptop, tablet). With the introduction of the application, tasks such as documentation tracking and searching, reporting, financial project monitoring, and procurement of goods and services according to EU procedures become easier. EUlogic reduces the time needed to gather documentation and minimizes the risk of potential penalties due to inadequate reporting activities.
Core functionalities of the EUlogic application:
- Definition of program plan (year, semester, quarter) with a predefined budget
- Input and editing of budget items with financial amounts
- Defining budget allocation by activity types and cost centers (accounts)
- Recording of activities and subactivities
- Attaching electronic documents as evidence of activity and subactivity implementation (scanned documents – offers, requests, orders, etc.)
- Option to generate documents (BN1, Travel Order, Cost Approval Request) with the ability to create custom templates and edit existing ones
- User management (administration)
- Restricting access and editing of activities and subactivities based on security roles
- Possibility of automatic data import from report documents of other software systems
- Module for internal office equipment requests and delivery tracking by department
