A complete and integrated solution for creating, monitoring, and managing enforcement cases from the initial proposal to case closure or debtor collection. The software fully supports all business processes of claimants: data import from accounting software, automatic cost calculations based on claims, batch document generation for multiple cases, fast search and filtering by any entered data, batch printing of case file covers, automatic creation of reminders.
Who is – the Ovrhe+ app for?
Intended for claimants, law offices managing enforcement cases, and notaries. Enables easy data synchronization between two or more offices (claimant–notary), supports importing data from other applications used by claimants, and automatic updates with data from business partners. All legal changes are promptly supported within the software as required by Croatian enforcement legislation. The reference list includes over 50 legal entities in Croatia.
The automated workflow of the enforcement process via electronic means provides the most current data at all times – the latest enforcement status for stakeholders. The program supports a wide range of data formats, including various claimant table structures. Custom importers are available on request for unsupported formats. Optimized handling of large tables enables high processing speed.
